How to find normal sites for placing links in SAPE?

I decided to promote the site in SAPE and immediately ran into a problem - there are a lot of r sites.

A lot of sites got out, I began to go to each one.
Basically, attendance is zero, there are a lot of ads and other rubbish on the site.
Who knows how to quickly filter sites to get less of this rubbish?
Am I right in thinking that placing a link on a crooked site with a lot of advertising will not be useful, even if it has a large TIC?
