How to find ms sql server name?

Installed on different working computers visual studio and ms sql server.
Can't connect database to visual studio
I enter the IP of the Windows server into the connection, but as I understand it, this is not correct and the name of the ms sql server is needed. But how to find it?

The issue is resolved - I entered the server's ip correctly, it did not connect because of the firewall. After shutdown everything is ok.
