How to find grid id in Devexpress using JS? if the grid id is dynamic?

How to find grid id in dev express using JS if grid id is dynamic?
If the grid is called gridname_12, gridname_13, gridname_14 and so on in different places, I need to refer to the grid name in the script and do gridname_X.Refresh().
