How to find computers that do not run GPO?

Actually how to find computers on which GPO does not work?
there are more than 500 PCs in the network and noticed that GPO does not work on one, the script did not work.
The question is how to identify all the computers on which the GPO does not work "badly"?
the problem is that some people are always on vacation, and some of the computers are turned off.
it would be possible with a simple script so that the computer writes its name in the log that the script applied, and compare the lists, but it will not work because of the vacationers.
go to each hand and check is not an option.

I solved this problem in the following way.
1. Set up GLPI inventory via FusionInventory.
2. Through the GPO, I set up a script for installing the FusionInventory agent.
3. Set up automatic network scanning via Zenmap (any network scanner will do.)
After a couple of weeks, when the GLPI inventory was over, I compared the results of the GLPI inventories and the Zenmap results. The difference between these results is the computers with non-working GPO
And the bonus is already an inventory network;)
