How to find city codes for Yandex.Schedules?

The api request ("api.rasp.yandex.net/v1.0/search/?{key}&format=json&from=c146&to=c213〈=en&page=1&date=2015-09-02") assumes that the from and to parameters will be use area codes in coding systems. Unfortunately, I can not find anything intelligible on this issue :(
