Actually the question is terribly simple and has 2 solutions:
1) Program (did not find it)
2) Program solution algorithm. (I know how to delete, the question is how to find all the presence)
The bottom line: You need to find and delete all comments, remove all likes, clear the wall with a certain filter, cut out all messages (personal), find all posted photos and videos and delete them .

Reason: Too much shit on religious topics, political topics, etc. It's embarrassing.

Comments - you can get it like this.
First, we go through this method -> we get the posts where we left comments -> depending on the type of response, we go through this getComments entry (in the topic/post/video/photo) - then we write the id of our comments, for example, into a separate file, and eventually run delete.
Previously, vkbot did this, but the author abandoned it. You will have to write the software yourself.
You can also look in the direction of vkOpt, there may well be similar functionality.

I managed to scroll right up to 2011, there are all the answers for you, you can use them to go to threads and delete your comments. This is not quite what you need, but at least you can remove at least something from the old one.

I DID IT!!!!! Instructions:
1 download the Agent 307 application from the play market
2 go from the left page to your own section "comments"
3 in the browser go to the page from which you will need to delete comments
4 poke on the necessary comments in the Agent 307 application, they open in the browser with your page and you delete them!
5 rejoice)
