How to find an article on Habré about the news stealing our time?

Quite a long time ago (more than a year ago, for sure) there was an article on Habré or Geektimes that news does not bring any benefit, and even if we read it, it just wastes our time. That is, the article itself is about something more global, like optimizing time and excluding such media information noise from it. Perhaps she came in the mailing list from habr\geektimes.

Thank you!

I understand that it’s offtopic, but I can’t resist, and I will develop the idea expressed in the comment

Time is stolen by articles about the news stealing our time.
Time is stolen by questions about how to find an article on Habré about the fact that news is stealing our time (moreover, both the questioner is stolen and the answerer).

Therefore, I will spend a little of my time philosophizing on the topic of
Time, as well as money, there has been a lot lately. Too much. And people have nowhere to put them.
We have to find some way to dispose of the surplus. With money, it usually comes at the expense of unnecessary goods and services - all those hypes, vapes, spinners, smoothies, zodiacs and other fee-based brain slugs.
It's the same with time - if it's not news, then toys, sitting on a toaster, TV shows, insta challenges, YouTube, vloggers, influencers - there are no number of them, choose according to your taste.
That is, here the news is rather not a cause, but a consequence. If the nature is whole, there is character and talent, then the person will not scatter into nonsense. And reading the news at lunchtime won't hurt him one bit. And if a person is on his own, play-play, his soul doesn’t really lie to anything, then there’s nothing to blame on the news - finding a way to kill time in our time is not a problem.
Here's what I really consider a real time waster - pop-up notifications. I would criminalize this. Even if for once you are going to do something useful, this infection will still not allow you to concentrate. Every site, every app, every little underprogram on your phone tries to pull your pants - oh look, my friend hummed in facebook. Hey, new video on youtube! Oops, someone tweeted. Oh, another conspiracy theory in the telegram. Look at memes, comment on posts, discuss comments - everyone is yelling, pulling their pants, let's pay attention to us, drain your time down the toilet! So, as a first step to saving time, I recommend cutting off all notifications on the phone except for instant messengers, and on all channels in the cart.
Yes, and about the search. First of all, you need to limit the search to the site by adding site:habr.com. Plus, you can limit the search by time through the menu. Well, play with plus signs, adding words that are mandatory in the issue, in order to break out of the "topic" into which Google stuffs the search query and refuses to give results from any other area.
