How to find a router if DHCP is disabled on it and an unknown ip is set?
There is an ASUS RT N12VP router firmware TOMATO. DHCP was disabled and an address was set for use on the network as a router + Wifi router. Main network by type 10.0.0.*. Wifi router was assigned the address 10.0.0.90. After rebooting into the web, the face at 10.0.0.90 and all known addresses could not be accessed (192.168.0.1/1.1) connecting via WIFI, the device assigns an address like 169.254.* while saying that there is no connection to the Internet, there is no dns and the main gateway. Scanned Nmap and Advanced ip scanner in an attempt to find the address of the router (no result). reflash does not exit ASUS utility says invalid ip. And the reset button to the factory, respectively, does not work. Who knows what tell me. It is clear that somewhere in the settings messed up. But the solution to this problem is very interesting.

The solution to the problem turned out to be easier. Everything works thank you.
Reset the settings to factory settings by holding the reset button for a long time.
If the settings are not reset, dump the router in the trash, well, or under warranty.
I think the router fell into Recovery mode, you either need to connect via SSH to 192.168.0.1 or read on the TOMATO forum what address is assigned to the device when the firmware crashes and connect with telnet \ ssh to it.
Connect to the router by propovdu and go through the IP scanner. Repeatedly searched for a router with this method.
