How to find a project coordinator?
There is an idea for one web application that will solve a lot of questions for game developers. I want to learn back-end development. I took courses at codeacademy.com treehouse.com I myself graduated from the faculty of computer science, I am familiar with programming, but I have not been involved in the web.
Video lessons take too much time, and they give little practical skills, and the lessons are focused on the "general idea of programming", and not on the implementation of specific tasks.
I want to find an experienced web developer to design my application (which still exists in the form of an idea):
1) develop the application structure (what to include in the client part, what in the server part, come up with a more or less optimized database structure, think over the main key functions, their connection )
2) break down development into stages, explain which technologies and libraries to use at each stage.
3) Solve the difficulties I have in the implementation and answer the questions that arise.
If I do it myself, I will spend too much time, everything will work crookedly, there will be a lot of security holes and many more rookie mistakes. I want to see how the "pros" work, how they think, how they break the project into tasks, what tools and libraries they use.
How much will it cost me, where to look for such a teacher.
What can you advise? Where to go?

Go to a conference, start writing your little toy, useless, but on which you can hone your understanding of processes. Everything comes with time. Or completely engage in organization, not development.
