How to find a printer shared on the network?

Help good people, my head is already spinning.
There is a raspberry pi that works as a print server. A printer is connected to it via usb. CUPS has enabled printer sharing on the local network. The computer on MAC and Iphone see the printer and print on it without problems and without any settings. The computer on windows 10 does not see the printer point-blank. The computer and the server respond with each other without problems. I tried to add a printer in every possible way, but nothing happened. He doesn't see him at all.
Firewall on Windows turned off.
Where else to look?

@Aknot

In take out 10 it is possible to deliver similar system like unix. Read up on this topic. But damn it seems to me those crutches are still. I confess not perverting on this topic. Although it should be interesting. Macro tails spoke in a press release about take out 10 on the subject
