How to find a mentor to improve Symfony?

I set myself the goal of learning the Symphony
Progress is slowly going on, but somehow sooo slowly, that it (progress) is not in a hurry :) to my great regret,
but I don’t want to give up I was
looking for an opportunity to take some courses - somehow it didn’t work out (the program does not inspire)
If there was such a person (like a Mentor) who could periodically guide in the right direction
. For example, there is a task - I don’t know from which side to approach it, what exactly in this situation needs to be taught.
There is a popular advice: Learn Documentation , which I do all the time, but I use it as a Reference
. If you set yourself the goal of working through ALL the documentation, then I'm afraid there will not be enough motivation :(
I chose a method for myself - I take some kind of project and try to make it on Symphony
When questions arise - I google and read the documentation
Sometimes I go into a stupor, I don’t understand where to go
next teamviewer), said What exactly should be used here and why. I would suggest a direction and things would go more fun, and not like now (I can fight on one issue for several days)
And I would pay by the hour for communication with my person :)
Do not tell me how you can find such a mentor?

@sim3x

If motivation is not enough, then why torture yourself?
