How to find a good admin panel/ui kit for bootstrap 4?

Hello. I'm looking for a doshboard / ui set for admins / tsrmok Later
it will be pulled on vuejs 2, therefore I'm looking for pure html or with vuejs I'm
considering paid options up to $ 30. There are many options on themeforest, but everything I like is written in angular. I'm afraid to run into problems when ripping it all out if there is no separate html version. Or does everyone have a separate html version?
Let me know if anyone has experienced this and how you resolved it.
