How to find a cheap and reliable registrar?

I was going to register a domain in *.com. Please advise a cheap and reliable registrar at the same time (if any).
Z.Y. I found some office 1dns.ru - they have "comas" at 8.99, but I doubt these guys - there is not a single mention of them on Habré. Maybe someone used it? Thank you!

I recently asked a similar question, eventually settled on www.namecheap.com/ All the necessary features are there, the prices are good.

I advise you to choose by quality and _totally_ not pay attention to prices, I doubt that 2-7 bucks a year is a big price for reliability.

I use godaddy, there are enough goodies (a convenient dns control panel, the ability to hide personal data in coms, etc.). There were no problems.
