How to filter related items on the dative page of the bitrix catalog?

Hello. I ran into some problem. On the detail page of the catalog component in the template, I call the news list component. These news items have an element binding. I would need to filter to match the id of the attached elements with the given element (detail page).

In fact, in place 8 I need to substitute the id of the element on the page of which I am. But the problem is that id does not get into the arResult array. Please tell me how to solve the problem. Thank you.
