How to filter only required networks in BGP announcement?

Hi all!
BGP protocol.
The partner announces the network 192.168.198.0/24 to us.
And we, for example, want to see only 192.168.198.233/32 from him. Neither prefix-list nor distribute-list allows you to select one address from the received announcement - the filter simply does not work. Apparently, in this way, it is possible to filter only some specific announcements, in the case when there are several of them.
Is there a way to configure BGP in such a way that only those networks / addresses that we specifically specify get into our routing? Even if there is no direct announcement of them (as part of the summarized address).
