How to filter data using cursor in ms sql?

Good afternoon.
There is a query that displays data on customers: ID, name, ordered dishes, number of dishes, amount, sorted by the number of dishes and the amount. The task for each client in this sample is to display the TOP 10 dishes using the cursor. I understood how to declare a cursor and enter client IDs into it, but I can’t understand what to do next.
