How to filter by placeholder 0?

In a nutshell: I have a fairly simple task, as I understand it, I need to assemble a simple cabinet in which a simple plate with tv parameters will be displayed, it seems that I did everything, using the login snippet I organized an cabinet, using getresources I displayed the plates, the question is how do I make it so that client1 sees his plate, and client2 sees his own ... maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I can't think of it myself yet ((oh yes, well, this is my debut in modx, because I know far from everything)))
At this moment I display the tables like this:

thus I want to explain that when a user with id, for example 3, logs in, he will see a sign with TV parameter 3. so far nothing sensible comes out ((all registered users see everything ... Tell me what the problem is. Either in the syntax, or in the logic
Thanks in advance

I think it's worth using the &tvFilters syntax according to the documentation :
&tvFilters=`tv.user_id==0`
