How to filter by an additional field in getResource?

There are products that have TV use values. They are added via a multiple choice list and stored like this: "Wall||Facade||Outdoor". Those. A product can have multiple criteria. And there is a filter, for example, I need to display all products with the criterion "Wall". I output via getResource:

&tvFilters=`use==%Wall%`

And for some reason returns 0 results. But if you put a single selection list and set the filter exactly:

&tvFilters=`use==Wall`

That all works perfectly.
What am I doing wrong?
