How to fill up your portfolio with examples for upwork without having a job before?

Hello. I have experience with html/css/js. I used to create websites for myself, now I decided to go freelance. I don't have any examples or experience. So the question is:
1. Will there be enough simple examples in the portfolio that I created from PSD layouts downloaded from the Internet??
2. Do you need links to these examples (and where can they be stored)?
Or is it possible to get the order in another way?
