How to fill the dating service database with users?

I am developing a dating service in VK mini apps and it is almost completed. BUT here comes a very logical question. Where to get the first Users and make sure that they do not leave at the sight of a small base. (that is, they scrolled through 5-10 profiles, and then the database ended). At first, a brilliant idea came to my mind, to fill the database on my own manually, but it will take a lot of time, plus all users will be Inactive.

How did the same Badu or Tinder gain the base? How did Leonardo give Vinchik (dating bot) recruit the base?

It all starts with any public user base with data + photo + email. It is natural to look for women in the first place.
If this is VK, then as I understand it, you can try to negotiate with some public so that he would leak the database to you (probably you need to pay), according to which you yourself will simply import profiles into the database.
Mail is important, because after that you can make a newsletter with login data, so that those who do not want to see themselves in this service can easily delete their account or go in and change something if they want to be there.
And of course, a consultation with a lawyer to cover up, if suddenly something is wrong ...

Prepare fake profiles. Hire people to imitate “doing fine” and “your mom doesn’t need a son-in-law” conversations?
When a critical mass of live users is typed, you can score on fakes.
3 weeks - not overworked? Zuckerberg sold Facebook for 100 billion in two weeks. Jobs released the first iPhone in a year and a half. You are doing something for a long time.

1. The question should have appeared before development began.
2. "Dating" services a lot, why have another one?
Conclusion: score and start doing something else.
