How to fill in the ACF fields when importing goods?

Hello.
I use plugin for custom fields (ACF), and there is 1 field (manufacturer), how to fill in this field when importing goods?
Using a paid add-on from the wp all import plugin is a little not very)))

Use the native import tool.
1-Unload any product with the "meta fields" function enabled by the native exporter
2- see how the meta fields are uploaded
3-format your data in the same format
4-upload by the native importer
