How to extract the password from Windows mail?

Hey!
There is Windows mail, mail is stored on it without SSL, so in theory you can pull out the password, but I don’t know where and how. Maybe someone knows?
I think you can try sniffing the router. What do you think is the most effective way? What sniffer will be more convenient in my case?
Also, I would not want to install "left" programs, such as WindowsPasswordViewerFree.exe.

The sniffer won't help. Authorization is done with a salted password hash.
