How to extract data from the database to the admin panel?

Good time.
I have a project on Laravel, more precisely, the laravel/passport admin panel, there are tables there. I need to load a table from MySql (from the database) into a new clean Laravel and generate a menu in the admin panel so that I can manage the data.
Please tell me how and how to do it.
PS: I have not worked with Laravel before. Perhaps there are some commands for generating menus and displaying data in the admin panel?
