How to extract data from QST program to Excel?

Good day to all.
Can't find a way to extract data from dorman qst to excel spreadsheet. I am attaching a screenshot for understanding the situation.

Not familiar with this program. However, it seems logical to me to contact the authors of this program and ask them how the export of tabular data to XLSX / ODS or other data formats is done.
