How to extract a macro from a Word document?

Good afternoon guys! I'm new to all this, so please answer me in simple language!
In one way on the Internet, I was able to "crack" a password-protected macro in my WORD through the normal.dotm file.
Now I have 1 question, I have a Word document that contains a macro, how to pull it out?
I tried to download the document at the request of how to extract macros from word on the first link, but the service does not seem to work.
I read a variant on Github that pull out this macro through both python and Oledump.py, but to be honest, I don’t have the skill for this. You can, if possible, explain this in an accessible language or pull it out to me, I will send you the file!
