How to extract a Bitrix site from a folder?

I got a test site from a downloader on Bitrix, they have a site on a test domain in the /test
site.ru/test/ folder.
I completed them for other tasks, now I need to make the site open as site.ru, without any / test in the URL.

Please write the procedure.
What files to transfer to the root from /test/
Product settings -> Sites -> List of sites - here I see 2 sites, one is my /test and the second is an empty "/". How can I switch them correctly?
