How to expropriate DB from api vk?

vk has api https://vk.com/dev/database
And now I need to pull out whole json files from the entire database by countries, regions, cities, schools, universities, faculties. I can’t use this api, but I need data from there, please kindly suggest a method for how this can be done.

How are you going to get if not using the api? And why not?
