I can not export the icon as svg in avocode such a problem comes out

The picture is raster - you want to export it as a vector. And the program tells you that even in vector form it will still "square" when enlarged. Automatic converters cannot guess which particular curves in a small picture are meant, and at best transfer each pixel as a rectangle. On large posterized pictures, you can still cheat something, but on small ones, alas, no. So in your particular case, the mere fact of converting a small icon to SVG does not make sense. There will be no quality. Use the raster icon as it is, or ask the designer to draw directly in the vector if you need a vector one.
