How to export products from OpenCart to WordPress?

There is an old unfinished OC store. They created about 500 products by hand, divided them into categories, set a price and uploaded their photos. Now the site has moved to wordpress (woocommerce). Are there ways to save time and not to score again with your hands, but to export the database?

2) export it to any of the formats csv, xls, xlsx, etc. Import to WP via WP All Import
