How, working in Zeplin, from it to export and save pictures in the layout from it?
Is it even possible?

Before uploading the layout to Zeplin, the designer in the Sketch must enable the export of each element, whether it be a picture or an icon. If you don’t have the ability to download them when you click on an image or icon, then you need the designer to re-upload the layout, setting up all the exported elements before that.
