How to export at 24 frames per second in Pinnacle?

Can you tell me how to export at 24 frames per second?
The source file and the project itself with exactly this frequency.

I just cut and added a fader at the beginning and end. When exporting, 25 frames per second is automatically set, which causes a slight desynchronization of the sound. In the export settings window, I did not find where the frame rate changes. Size, interlacing, peak speed, recording quality, etc. - all this please. And the number of frames per second did not find where to change.

Pinnacle Studio 19, MKV source file, export to MPEG-4. By the way, I didn’t find MKV in the list either (I wanted to leave it as it was - just cut it off). But, the main question is about the frame rate.
