How to export all contact options in gmail?

A certain number of phones tied to corporate mail addresses (Android).
Administrative console of corporate mail.
Required :
Make a general contact list.
Tried :

• 1) Create a list with one person and export to a file, but such contact fields as "number for Internet calls" are not exported
  
• 2) Send contacts via adding an account to the device, but the first and last names are not synchronized. Yes, and adding the necessary account to the device for each user by hand, and turning off everything except synchronizing contacts is a game.
  

Who faced? Maybe in the account itself, you can somehow change this information so that it is automatically uploaded to devices in the company, like employee information?

I exported contacts to gmail, then restored contacts from there, I saved all the information, except for the ringtone for certain contacts.
