How to export a virtual machine along with a hard drive?

I'm trying to unload the VM to a separate hard drive to update citrix xenserver , I
ran into a problem, when exporting, only metadata is unloaded without information on the virtual hard disk.
export via console

xe vm-export vm=b15c0531-88a5-98a4-e484-01bc89131561 filename=vm-backup.xva

the file is 1.8 GB in size, although the information on virtual hard drives takes about ~ 1TB.
Is it possible to export completely?
Don't offer via XenCenter as it's not acceptable.
