How to exit all blocked communities through api vk with one button? Or there are programs.

Get a list of all user communities and check which ones are blocked. Make an array with blocked community IDs and send on request to leave each such community. Please note that VK has a limit on the number of requests sent - 3 per second

There are no such programs, but the matter can be solved with a js script. You really need to know a little bit about JavaScript...
