How to execute javascript code in selenium on about:config page?

I need to run javascript code via execute_script() on the about:config page, but I get an error

selenium.common.exceptions.WebDriverException: Message: waiting for doc.body failed

I also tried pressing Ctrl + Shift + K to launch the js console but got the same error.
