How to execute background tasks sequentially?

Good afternoon Jedi.
Padawan Force examines and sends tasks to the queue using the standard dispatch() function.
My problem is that they are executed synchronously (synchronously in the background). The queue is not really a queue.
Others depend on the performance of some. How to decide?
While writing, I thought of doing another task and doing everything in it sequentially. But I am doing something wrong.
Point to the bright side.
