How to execute a script "background"?

I develop on Bitrix. The infoblock element has a field with a key to download all the data about the booking of this element. I'm using the OnAfterIBlockElementAdd event, but I want the import process to run "in the background", so that the user is shown that the element is saved, and the import process continues, and when the import is completed, the element's property is marked that the import was successful.

The question is how to run the script "background"?
