Knowledge of C ++ is a spoonful of syntax for a barrel of practice.
If you have not written a single serious program - A0, no matter how tricky tests you pass, 146 points.

There is no single standard for C++ knowledge.
C++ is widely used, it is impossible to know all areas. The same Torvalds, who wrote the Linux kernel and actively oversees this process, is unlikely to be able to write a 3D engine in C ++.
And Carmack will most likely not soon master writing a full-fledged kernel with good multitasking and API.
You can roughly estimate whether you have grown to a junior, because there is no specialization here yet, but there are already questions with mid.
I've met C++ seniors with 10 years of experience in the communications field who didn't pass the mid-interview in a technology project.
