How to evaluate a React project?

How can this be adequately assessed?
Offices:
1) Client. Two tabs - Orders and Journal (no need to implement yet).
In the back office there is a tab of orders with the following structure:

For the period.

Block with a list of orders with pagination.
Sorted by Quantity, Amount and Artist.
2) Operator.
Same as 1.
Can add orders.
Added:
Tab with types of services.
Tab with a list of clients with contact information.
List of employees with full name, access role, debt, workload, phone, email.
Reports tab.
3) Performer.
The same as 1 - Client.
Added Reports.
Added tabs "New requests", "On execution", "Completed requests".
Working with the Yandex map (I don’t know how much I will have to work with it).

What do you mean"? Estimate how many man hours you need. Multiply hours by price. Profit.
