How to enter the site (on Ruby on Rails) with such ftp-data???

The customer gave me the following data:
Server IP address : 82.146.41.109
User : root & mysql root
Password : KsLsOQQnLgOH
I shove this data into filezilla (server ip address in the host) and do not enter the site with such data. And he also tells me that he gave me everything to enter the test server.
Maybe I'm not doing something right? Can you tell me how to get in? The thing is, I've never worked with a Ruby on Rails site on a server before.

@eldar_web

Open a terminal if OS X or Linux and enter
`ssh [email protected]`
Then the password.
Under Windows there is Putty and WinSCP.

The customer gave, you say? It's even interesting what kind of work you promised him to do.

1. User "root" without quotes, not "root & mysql root"
Server IP : specified in your original post
User : root
Password : listed in your original post
For mySQL everything is the same
2. Remove from your original post messages IP address and password, otherwise the "well-wishers" will "fix" everything for you there now, or maybe they will even manage a personal ultrasound for you.
3. Change the root password and check that no other IDs have been created.
I won't be surprised if your project is no longer torrents. :)
You have now given the entire toaster access to your test server, the control center for changing the password and checking for extra credits, I would recommend you not to postpone.

Probably, it was the same with lawyers and accountants after the nineties? :)
