How to enter the information systems development market?

ExtJS/Sencha

I have been developing information systems on ExtJS for a very long time. I want to offer my services in the development of various systems for managing and analyzing information.

Questions arise:
1. What keywords to promote?
2. How to correctly formulate the name of the service (development of information systems, development of AIS ...)

I judge from my own bell tower, so the answer is very subjective:
In large banks / factories / companies, similar (and many other products and services) systems are first sold (at least at the level of an idea), and then a lot is done. And the hands of those who do it change many times.
This is what I am for. In this kind of sale is primary, and the product is secondary.
