How to enter login:pass from a file into the password entry form on a website in Zennoposter?

I use Zennoposter. For the template auto. Twitter registration requires mailbox logins to be pulled from the .txt file. So far, I only understood how to use the "read file" command. How to insert the result into the form I do not know.
