How to ensure the work of VPN after 11/1/2017?

Good afternoon!
Today I was surprised to find that the VPN channel from the dacha home, which was working properly, began to crash and completely cut down, the speed is less than a megabit. I delved into the topic and realized that Iota (Megafon) filters packets using dpi, although there are no banned sites and torrents there. The most common web traffic does not work, downloading files over the network, access to the media archive, rtsp streams from security cameras. In short, they broke the entire infrastructure with their filtering. With all due respect to the legislators, I decided to deal with the situation and find a way to restore efficiency.
I report: PPTP, SSTP, OpenVPN do not work through Iota. That is, they work, but the speed is 200 kbps with constant jumps, breaks, etc., instead of 12-15 Mbps usually.
I tried to send PPTP inside OpenVPN, it worked at a speed of 2-3 Mbps. Need more.
What options?

Welcome to Yota , they have been cutting speeds for protocols they don't like with the help of DPI for a very long time.
You can try SoftEther VPN, their proprietary DPI protocol is unusable.

Go to the operator, who has not yet been seen in such arbitrariness.

No clear answer. Since yota controls the speed to the subscriber according to its algorithms. There is a VPN or not do not care. Also, the load from BS subscribers, on how much dough someone pays.
At the same time, traffic over the hill is always at low speeds, like with MGS, Rostelecom, onlime, MTS, etc.
Try to wrap within Mikrotik in pptp eoip or in l2tp.
For tests, you can try separately on a computer and server tinc vpn and meshbird
https://github.com/meshbird/meshbird
psld is generally configured in an elementary way. It's all just for testing, I know it doesn't work on routeros.

As an option - try another tinc
I've been working with it for several years from under Windows and Linux, everything suits me.
