I changed my password and thought everything was fine. Now, a week later, I sit down at the same computer, go to Habra again and see that the session on it is still open. So I want to ask how to proceed in this case? How can I end a session on Habré?

Delete habr's cookie in the browser: PHPSESSID, hsec_id, the rest will not hurt either.
