I made a connection to MySQL in data sources (32-bit), indicating that the encoding is "utf-8".

In QODBC, things like “AydД±nlatma” are obtained (and there should be a Turkish i without a dot).
HeidiSQL working with MySQL directly outputs everything correctly.
What to do?

The solution is simple: install a fresh driver. It's been fixed for a long time.
