How to enable the webhelper plugin for Geany?

Good afternoon! I decided to use the Geany IDE for Django development and found this page on their wiki. There it is proposed to use the Web Helper plugin to display the browser directly in the IDE. By the way, it costs Ubuntu 18.04 x64 . Actually the question is: how to connect the Web Helper plugin or any plugin in general in Geany ? PS Before asking a question, I looked through a bunch of forums, but I did not find the answer.

IDE is, of course, a matter of taste. But on Django it's much more convenient to use PyCharm - its Community Edition is free to use. But there is a console, code completion, importing classes / packages by pressing alt + enter, editing tags on the fly. p.s. I have Debian 9
