How to enable the open command in git-bash for windows like in linux?

I work in Windows 10, I have been using the git-bash console for a long time, only the open command does not work in it, which opens the file in the default program. By the way, a very useful program.
Moreover, bash for windows 10 has recently appeared, but for some reason it is impossible to open files in a given program in it, and in the console from the git it all works, just some kind of mysticism. I perfectly understand that it’s better to switch to ubuntu, that the console is native and better there, but I don’t have time, I need to learn a lot of material, but the cool open command would be very useful.
Well, write the answers. Thanks in advance.

No need to open the file in the program.
You need to run the program with instructions to open the file.
