How to enable the Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 compiler in Code::Block?

I have installed Code::Block with built-in GCC compiler
But I need to use the compiler from Visual Studio 2013. (I want to build a mysql conetcore ) Can you tell me

how to add this compiler to Code::Block so that it can be used?
