How to enable syntax highlighting in intelij idea?
Actually, the project's Java files look like this:
Instead of the usual: the
SDKs of both projects are similar to version 1.7.
I understand that the question is absolutely amateurish, but tell me how to bring the project to its usual form?
ps: attempts to google on this issue do not bring success all day, obviously just not enough qualifications for the correct wording ..
psps: projects are not mine, downloaded from github, I'm trying to make small changes to them.

This is how IDEA shows files that are not included as sources. You need to go to File > Project Structure, find/create the required module there, and on the Sources tab of this module, mark the folder with the sources with the "Sources" button (in principle, this can also be done through the context menu of the folder in the Project view).
