How to enable support for charging via OTG in the kernel?

I'm rebuilding the kernel just to enable OTG and the ability to charge through it.
OTG itself included in .config, but how to enable mixed charging?
Kernel 3.10.17, Chinese no-name tablet, OTG Y-cable is definitely working.
PS I googled the floated charger and msm_otg, and as soon as I didn't google it - there is no answer where to enable it or which patch to apply.
Tell me how? I guess I need to patch the class to work with OTG ...
